The Tasmanian Retirement Benefit Fund has appointed JANA as its investment consultant.
JANA was selected by the Superannuation Commission, the trustee of the fund.
The fund has $2.1 billion in defined benefit assets. The procurement process was run by Deloitte.
It came after advice firm Alteris and charity development fund Uniting Financial Services appointed JANA as their consultant last month.
