Australian Philanthropic Services has appointed Australian Ethical CEO John McMurdo to its board of directors.
McMurdo will replace Tim Fairfax, who has been an inaugural non-executive director for more than 11 years for the philanthropic service provider and is retiring from the board.
McMurdo will join an existing board of eight people, effective from November 2023.
