Fund manager Pengana Capital Group has launched a dedicated capital markets division which aims to connect sophisticated investors with compelling bespoke investment opportunities.
Phil Schofield has been appointed as the managing director of the division. Before joining Pengana, he was an executive director at Canaccord Australia. He was previously a board director and head of equities at Patersons Securities and head of equities at Goldman Sachs Australia.
