Clime appoints acting MD after CEO resignation 

Clime has appointed Michael Baragwanath as acting manager director following the resignation of CEO Annick Donat which was announced earlier this week 

Baragwanath is a senior executive and consultant with over 18 years financial services experience, including as divisional head, various product and distribution roles, managing large scale projects, and serving as a responsible manager for several financial services licensees. 

He will have a base fixed salary of $210,000 per annum plus superannuation on a pro-rata basis for a period of six months, but a permanent contract will be negotiated including an appropriate probation period and KPI’s, and short-term and long-term incentives. 

He begins his new role effective immediately.
