Diverger has partnered with Australian company Annature to deliver e-signing solutions for financial advisers and accountants in its network.
The agreement will also mean Diverger will make use of Annature’s integration with Iress’ adviser software Xplan, which allows for the auto-filing of completed documents against clients in the file notes section. It aims to reduce time and errors in doubling handling documents.
Count completed its acquisition of Diverger at the start of this month.
