MLC Life Insurance has appointed David Stephen to its board as an independent non-executive director.
Stephen will serve as chair of the board risk committee, replacing Andy Cornish, who is retiring after seven years on the board.
With over 35 years of experience, Stephen has worked at Westpac, Royal Bank of Scotland, and ANZ Bank.
