ASIC alleges ‘utmost good faith breach’ in former ANZ adviser handling of life policy
OnePath Life has been taken to court by the regulator after allegations a policy obtained via a former ANZ financial adviser wasn’t handled in good faith due to failure to disclose previous history with mental health issues. The announcement comes on the same day ASIC and APRA released a joint letter asking life insurance policy providers to review their premium increases.
