Retail fund Mercer Super has appointed industry veteran Jim Minto as chair of its trustee board, replacing Jan Swinhoe.
Minto previously held various senior positions in insurance and superannuation, including as the CEO of TAL and chair of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia.
Minto has been a non-executive director on the Mercer Super board since 2021.
