Diverger shareholders approve Count acquisition

Diverger shareholders have voted to approve the 100 per cent acquisition by Count which was announced last year.

In an update to the ASX, Diverger said 82.2 per cent of shareholders voted with 99.97 per cent doing so in favour.

On 15 February, the Federal Court of Australia will hear an application by Diverger for approval of the acquisition with settlement expected by 4 March.
