Life insurer TAL has launched digital platform TAL Connect to help superannuation fund members manage their insurance covers and claims.
Individuals can now engage with their cover through Cover Assist or make a claim through Claims Assist. The latter can help members lodge and manage their claim, provide medical information, add payment details, see payment schedules, and access health support.
Aware Super was the service’s launch partner.
