AXA IM Alts has launched its new build-to-rent strategy through a partnership with St George Community Housing (SGCH).
The strategy will focus on an affordable rental housing property in Western Sydney. SGCH will manage the project, and developer and builder Deicorp will deliver it.
The aim is to significantly increase access to affordable housing for essential workers in Western Sydney.
It is scheduled for completion in 2025.
