ASX-listed wealth manager Insignia Financial has confirmed the appointment of Damien O’Donnell as chief technology officer, following last year’s announcement of a new operating model and executive team under CEO Scott Hartley.
O’Donnell replaces Frank Lombardo, who has held the role since 2021.
O’Donnell has been at Insignia (previously IOOF) since 2008, and his most recent position was general manager, wrap technology and operations. He led the operational teams supporting Insignia’s wrap business.
He has been in the role since 6 January 2025.
