Insignia Financial has received another sweetened offer from CC Capital, offering $4.60 cash per share to acquire the wealth giant.
In an ASX announcement, Insignia said the new price represents a 7 per cent premium to both CC Capital‘s original offer and rival bidder Bain Capital‘s offer on 11 January.
The company’s board is considering the proposal.
