The finalists for the highly contested Professional Planner | Zenith Distributor of the Year award have been announced.
Pinnacle Investment Management, Macquarie Professional Series and Fidante Partners are the three finalists for the honour. The awards celebrate quality in funds management across 19 categories and will be announced during a ceremony at the Ivy Ballroom on Friday, October 5.
Last year, Pinnacle took out the prestigious award for the second straight time. The firm was recognised for its suite of high-quality investment boutiques across a range of asset classes.
After winning the award in 2017, Pinnacle managing director Ian Macoun told PP the win was due to “a fantastic distribution team” and “really awesome partners in our affiliates”.
The annual event sold out this year in record time.

The three finalists for the coveted Fund Manager of the Year award, which was taken out last year by Bennelong, will be announced on the day.
