Eureka Financial Group has added to its list of recent accolades by taking out the 2011 Practice of the Year at this year’s Financial Wisdom Advice Awards.
The awards, which were held on Friday 4 November, are designed to recognise excellence in financial planning and were held at the Financial Wisdom National Conference.
A total of 190 Financial Wisdom businesses were eligible for the award, with a short list of 17 and then five State finalists revealed.
Greg Cook, managing director of Eureka Financial Group, says he is delighted with this recognition and attributed the win to Eureka’s committed team.
“Our strength is in the professionalism, integrity and expertise of our people,” he says.
“The Practice of the Year award is a defining moment for us, and it will springboard us to the next chapter of business growth.

Eureka Financial Group was established in 1993 and practices within its licensee Financial Wisdom Limited.
It is privately owned by directors Greg Cook, Maria Cook and Andrew Jones.
According to Mark Ballantyne of Financial Wisdom, Eureka Financial Group stood out by the depth of its client relationships and for engaging clients beyond the fundamental business of good strategic advice.

In October 2008, Eureka Financial Group was a finalist in the prestigious IFA/FPA Practice of the Year.
