Topic: Building trust in our industry: Financial Services Trustmark and Standards Update

The Financial Services Council will be implementing the Financial Services Trustmark later this year. Over time, the Trustmark will be a signal to customers of the commitment FSC Members to providing quality products and services through their compliance with the FSC standards. To inform the implementation of the Trustmark, the FSC has circulated a consultation paper to FSC Members providing the details of the Trustmark proposal and is seeking Member feedback.

This session will give you the opportunity to:

• understand more about the Trustmark and how it may be used;
• as an FSC Member, consider the requirements for compliance with the FSC Standards; and
• hear a case study on the real and public risks of not building trust in our industry.

This session will be of particular interest to Communications and Marketing Managers, Compliance Managers, Product Managers and Operational Managers.
