Engage Financial Solutions has announced the launch of partner firm Engage Practice Management, which will be led by former Profile Financial Services CEO Lena Ridley.
The firm will provide expert support through leadership coaching, training and specialised CEO and general manager/practice manager development services.
It is designed for financial advisory, accounting, mortgage brokerage and law firm members and strives to transform leadership teams and business operations.
Engage Practice Management will be led by directors Ridley and Charles Blake, who both have over 25 years of industry experience.
Blake is the executive director of Engage Financial Solutions’ Sri Lankan branch and has years of practice management and business consulting experience.
