Iress appoints two non-executive directors

Iress has appointed Susan Forrester and Robert Mactier as non-executive directors. 

Forrester is currently chair of Jumbo Interactive and has served as chair and non-executive director on several ASX-listed companies. She will chair the people and performance committee when the current chair retires. 

Mactier is currently chair of Nuix and non-executive director of Kinetic IT. He has also served as chair and non-executive director of multiple Australian and offshore companies. 

Mactier will be a member of the audit and risk committee.
