Pitcher Partners Sydney is selling various operational aspects to long-standing financial adviser Charlie Viola who will launch his own high-net-worth focused firm, Viola Private Wealth.
Stated in dual announcements from Pitcher Partners and Viola Private Wealth on Friday, the new firm will share approximately 40 per cent of clients with Pitcher Partners who will supply accounting, tax planning and other services.
Joining Viola will be Sean Ward as chief executive and Andrew Levi as chief operating officer.
Pitcher Partners will rebrand as Pitcher Partners Sydney Private Wealth and be led by existing partners Martin Fowler and Jordan Kennedy and principal Andrew Wilson.
