Industry Fund Services and Kaplan Professional have partnered on a proposed education solution to develop future talent.
The proposal supports industry participants with specialist training throughout their entire career.
It targets superannuation funds, helping them train new staff and increase the talent supply for roles relating to front-line call centres, general advice and education delivery teams.
The two central programs are ‘Superannuation Industry Induction’ and ‘General Advice Specialisation – Superannuation’.
The proposed solution is intended to be high quality and affordable.
