Forbes Fava Saville Financial Planning has hired Gus Smarrini as general manager operations, a newly created position as advice firm looks to bolster its position in the sector.
Smarrini will have a wide range of responsibilities, including strategic planning, business growth, client communication and engagement, M&As, recruitment, marketing, compliance and events.
Previously, he was practice development manager at Insignia Financial, where he worked for 15 years.
