Clime has appointed Michael Baragwanath as acting manager director following the resignation of CEO Annick Donat which was announced earlier this week.
Baragwanath is a senior executive and consultant with over 18 years financial services experience, including as divisional head, various product and distribution roles, managing large scale projects, and serving as a responsible manager for several financial services licensees.
He will have a base fixed salary of $210,000 per annum plus superannuation on a pro-rata basis for a period of six months, but a permanent contract will be negotiated including an appropriate probation period and KPI’s, and short-term and long-term incentives.
He begins his new role effective immediately.
