REST has appointed Scott Tully as general manager of product in a bid to enhance the fund’s member offers.
He stepped into the position after close to a year at REST, where he originally joined as head of investment option development. He was appointed acting general manager of product last October.
Prior to REST, Tully worked at Colonial First State where he was the executive director of investments.
The appointment is effective immediately.
