Count firm acquires Melbourne accounting firm’s client book

Advice network Count has acquired the accounting client book of Business Accounting Melbourne via its subsidiary firm Kidmans Partners. 

BAM is a practice that specialises in the automation and implementation of systems and technologies to streamline all accounting and bookkeeping processes. 

The deal came after Count’s acquisition of Diverger was approved by the latter’s shareholders in January.
