Rest appoints CFO

Rest has appointed John O’Sullivan as its chief financial officer, after he led the division during the recruitment process.

O’Sullivan will report to chief executive Vicki Doyle and will be responsible for leading the fund’s finance and investment operations team with accountability for financial strategy, management and reporting, valuations, actuarial, portfolio governance, taxation and investment operations.

He joins Rest following 15 years at EY and has worked closely with Rest over the past five years as a consultant.

O’Sullivan most recently stepped in to lead the F&IO team during the recruitment process for the fund’s new CFO.
