Diversity Council Australia has recognised life insurer MetLife Australia as an inclusive employer for the second time.
The inclusive employer status is achieved when a company scores higher than the National Index Benchmark, against measures including awareness, engagement, inclusive organisational climate and inclusive leadership.
To date, MetLife is the only life insurer to be certified.
