Colonial First State (CFS) has introduced a new technology to its FirstChoice platform, aiming to reduce set-up time for new and existing accounts via integration with wealth management software Xplan and existing client data.
Developed in collaboration with Elemnta, the new functionality selects and pre-populates up to 15 supplementary forms including the set-up of adviser service fees, external rollovers, AML/KYC and direct debit.
Financial advisers Direct Wealth and Belinda Barclay have participated in the pilot testing.
