The Federal Court has approved Count’s scheme of arrangement for its proposed acquisition of ASX-listed company Diverger.
The approval was the final step required for the acquisition to go ahead, after Diverger shareholders voted in favour of the scheme in January 2024.
The acquisition is set to complete on 1 March 2024.
