AFCA appoints two industry directors

The Australian Financial Complaints Authority has appointed Raylene Bellottie and Yien Hong to its board as industry directors, replacing Claire Mackay and Andrew Fairley.

They will commence in their roles on 1 January 2024.

Bellottie has over 25 years of financial sector experience. She is currently a business coach at the Waalitj Foundation, a member and director of Yamatji Southern Regional Corporation, and chair of Yamatji Funds Management. She has held roles at the ANZ Bank and Credit Union Australia.

Hong has held senior roles in Australia and internationally, including at Deutsche Bank, NAB, and Linklaters. She is currently general counsel and company secretary at Judo Bank.
