Perpetual head of equities Paul Skamvougeras has resigned and will be replaced by Vince Pezzullo.
Pezzullo has over 26 years of experience and has worked at Perpetual since 2007.
In an update posted on the ASX on Monday morning, Perpetual said Skamvougeras will work with Pezzullo to ensure a smooth transition.
