AIA Australia, one of the largest life insurers in Australia*, today announced the launch of its AIA Vitality online community, OneLife.
Research shows that only 40% of adults in Australia know enough about their health to meet the complex demands of modern life. OneLife aims to inspire Australians to not only learn more but to also put their knowledge into practice, changing their controllable behaviors and making more healthy choices: The online community will share articles written by the AIA Vitality Ambassadors Alisa Camplin, Chris Judd and Shane Crawford.
There will also be materials such as videos and infographics supporting Australians to succeed in their health and wellbeing goals.
Damien Mu, Chief Executive Officer of AIA Australia & New Zealand, said: “We at AIA Australia are very excited about OneLife, how it can help to improve health literacy and support people to make positive changes in all aspects of their lives, in particular regarding exercise, nutrition and mental wellbeing. As a leading life insurer, we believe that we should be there supporting Australians through all life’s twists and turns, not only protecting in times of need, but proactively helping create healthier, longer, happier lives every day. In fact we believe in the importance of protection, health and wellness so much we want to champion Australia to be the healthiest and most protected nation in the world. OneLife is an important step towards this vision becoming reality.”
The launch of OneLife happens in conjunction with the annual AIA Vitality program refresh. AIA Vitality is a health and wellbeing program integrated with insurance which incentivises people to make healthy choices. This year’s highlight in the AIA Vitality space will be the AIA Vitality 4490 Summit on 21 June in Sydney.
