Jeff Hall, currently General Manager of Consulting, Superannuation, has been appointed to the role.
Mr Mackley was previously the CEO of Financial Synergy – the superannuation technology business acquired by IRESS in September 2016 – for twelve years across two periods.
IRESS CEO Andrew Walsh acknowledged Stephen’s strong contribution to IRESS and Financial Synergy.

Mr Mackley said the time was right having successfully completed the core business integration of the Superannuation business into IRESS. He said he was looking forward to the next stage of his life, including building a non-executive portfolio.
