AMP Limited Chairman Catherine Brenner today announced that Andrew Harmos will join the AMP Limited Board as a non-executive Director, effective 1 June 2017.

 

Mr Harmos will remain a non-executive Director of AMP Life Limited, having joined its board in August 2013.

 

Mr Harmos is a founding director and shareholder or Harmos Horton Lusk Limited, an Auckland-based specialist corporate legal advisory firm. He has significant experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, with expertise in providing strategic board, governance and transaction advice across the Asia-Pacific region.

 

He was previously Chairman of NZX Limited for seven years, serving as a Director on its board for 13 years, and is currently a non-executive Director of Scentre Group (formerly Westfield Retail Trust).
