According to Schroder’s criteria for this category, the judges looked for evidence that a first- rate customer offering is supported by the platform and state of the art technology for processes such as research, model portfolios, benchmarking, reviewing, re-balancing and reporting. The judges looked at total customer cost – asset management, platform and adviser. They also wanted to see that the business is successful both in terms of overall turnover and margin.
