Sydney based financial services software company Midwinter has today announced their partnership with Cbus Superannuation as technology provider for their ‘advice over the phone’ service.
The new Cbus service will commence on 31 October and utilise over 20 specialist financial advice roles with an increased emphasis on effective communication and ‘end to end’ service delivery. The launch highlights Cbus’ significant growth and service integration in this key area and complements their national financial planning referral program with the Financial Planning Association of Australia.
The two companies are currently in the process of implementing Midwinter’s cloud based scaled advice solution – AdviceOS for Cbus’ advice over the phone service, with the solution expected to go live next week.
Cbus had been seeking to employ a robust and efficient technology solution that would support their focus to deliver high quality advice, via a seamless process.
Speaking of the partnership, Managing Director of Midwinter – Julian Plummer has said “We are delighted to be working with Cbus and continuing to expand our services within the superannuation fund space. By partnering with Midwinter, Cbus will ensure that their members are receiving advice that is being generated using state of the art cloud based technology from a trustworthy provider.
‘It’s pleasing to see the scalability of AdviceOS in action, being a solution that can be tailored to both smaller practices and larger enterprise clients.”
“We have worked very hard with Cbus to design their tailored advice software that allows their advisers to produce quality advice in accordance with the regulatory framework they operate in.”
Greg Harper, Head of Advice & Retirement at Cbus said “We were looking for simple and efficient software solutions that aligned with the Fund’s capacity and desire to deliver optimal outcomes for our members nationwide. Midwinter ticked all these boxes. “
“Maximising our member’s financial situation and retirement outcomes is our mission. Our integrated financial advice services and the partnership with Midwinter will help to achieve this goal.”
