Continuing to support the transformation of the administration process for Australian superannuation funds, industry leading superannuation and investment software provider, Financial Synergy announces the latest implementation of its Acurity platform with Vision Super. The highly configurable Acurity platform will modernise how Vision Super manages its administration processes, member and employer relationships and introduce new mobile and digital service offerings.
Following a business case, Vision Super completed a market review and selected Financial Synergy to deliver a more functional and robust system to better support the fund’s 100,000 members and employers.
For Vision Super CEO Stephen Rowe it was in members’ interests to move to a new platform capable of keeping pace with the needs of members and employers.
“The choice to implement Acurity was based on a range of challenges including cost effectiveness, efficiency levels and importantly, we were looking for best practice guidance on how to remain innovative for members and employers. With Financial Synergy we will be able to deliver levels of business transformation that were not possible on our previous platform,” Stephen Rowe said.
For Financial Synergy the continued roll-out of its flagship Acurity platform confirms that the highly configurable environment and lower cost of ownership is being recognised across the Australian superannuation industry.
According to Stephen Mackley, CEO for Financial Synergy the platform is becoming recognised as the transformational tool needed by today’s superannuation funds.
“Acurity allows a fund like Vision Super to take advantage of the additional functionality provided by a core platform and yet continue to deliver a truly differentiated experience for their fund using the in-built flexibility of the platform. It also provides Vision Super improved efficiency and reduced legislative risk with most legislative changes provided for within the maintenance agreement. We look forward to adding Vision Super and its members and employers to the Acurity platform,” he concluded.
