ASX-listed financial services firm Centrepoint Alliance Limited today announced the appointment of two new members, one to its Board and the other, to its Group Audit, Risk and Compliance (GARC) Committee.
As part of its strategy announced in the 2014 annual general meeting, Centrepoint Alliance has embarked on a Board and GARC Committee renewal.
John O’Shaughnessy has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Centrepoint Alliance Limited and Leanne Muller has been appointed as an external member of the GARC Committee.
John has had many years’ experience in financial services across the Asia Pacific, UK and Europe in positions of Chief Executive Officer, senior Executive and Board roles.
Leanne is a highly experienced finance executive with over 30 years’ experience in senior corporate financial management and professional advisory services.
Stephen Maitland will be resigning from the Board, and Paul Moni from the GARC Committee. Both Stephen and Paul have been valued contributors to the strategy, governance and direction of the Centrepoint group, and have provided a wealth of industry expertise and support for management during their tenure.
