The netwealth Advice Group has released its enhanced Model Office financial planning software. The Model Office enhancements have been built upon ensuring the delivery of significant business efficiencies required by adviser firms and Licensees, and to increase the client experience. The Model Office program simplifies the ease of use of the Iress Xplan technology.
The improvements made to Model Office are based directly on adviser feedback from its look and feel to its ease of navigation and the various scaled and non-scaled advice documents. The development of the program was undertaken over an 18 month period which included 20 financial advisers and 16 specialist staff being involved in the transformation of the program.
Simon Micallef, Head of netwealth Advice Group, announced that, “netwealth Advice’s philosophy of ensuring our array of services is developed in conjunction with Adviser’s, based on Adviser consultation, will continue to ensure we deliver services that our clients require. On too many occasions across the industry we witness businesses or Licensees deliver what they think Advisers require and later reflect on why the uptake is not present. In netwealth Advice, we do the exact opposite and consult with Advisers in-depth to ensure we deliver market solutions that our clients are asking for to help them in their business”.
Pathway Licensee Services, one of netwealth Advice’s businesses, has commenced deploying the enhanced Model Office software to market. Pathway is in full swing deploying the program due to the large amount of presales over the preceding few months leading up to the launch. The Model Office software enhancement includes a tailored technology based advice suite that is built around how an Adviser runs their business; a Library of strategy text built by our technical and compliance teams; series of pre-configured threads that will streamline Adviser business processes; efficient construction of Advice documents; comprehensive training material and specialised technology support.
“Model Office will continue to evolve based on Adviser needs and we will continue to develop this program to assist Advisers operate efficiently within their businesses and to make financial planning software easier to use and navigate. The advancements being made in our technology is taking financial planning software to a new level. ”, Micallef said.
