AustralianSuper has moved to bolster its member offering, hiring Andrew Baker as the fund’s
new Head of Proposition and Product.
Andrew is a global leader in the wealth and asset management industry and brings to his new
role extensive experience in Australia, the UK and Asia, a significant industry profile, and a deep
understanding of the future needs of members and the complex dynamics of the
superannuation sector.
Prior to joining AustralianSuper, Andrew was the Founder and Managing Partner of Tria
Investment Partners, a specialist advisory firm focusing on wealth management, particularly
strategy and products. Previously he also worked for Rothschild Australia Asset Management
as Director, Head of Products, where he managed the firm’s investment product business and
its strategic alliances.

ways to deliver on its core objective of providing Australians with their best possible retirement,
and passionate about contributing to the industry’s efforts in developing sound policy.”
