netwealth Advice Group has appointed Cameron Cogle as the new General Manager for its employed adviser channel, Bridgeport Financial Planning.
On the appointment, Head of netwealth Advice Group, Simon Micallef said, “Cameron’s extensive experience in financial services will further drive the Bridgeport business as we continue to grow this channel across the eastern coast. We remain committed to growing this business via acquisitions and organic growth”.
Cogle has had senior executive experience across a number of financial planning Licensees and prior to joining netwealth Advice was the General Manager at Clearview. “Cameron’s experience in leading salaried financial planning businesses including experience in practice management, para planning, dealer group support, technical support, financial planning operations across retail and private banking will further boost the experience in the netwealth Advice Group team”, Micallef said.
Cameron takes over from Kedra Egan, who will move to a new role within netwealth Advice Group on her return from maternity leave later this year.
The netwealth Advice Group has a team of executives that caters for three distinct financial planner market segments ideally placed for advisers looking for employed opportunities, being a part of a boutique dealer group or independently advisers running their own practice.
On the appointment to the new position Cogle said, “I am extremely excited about joining the netwealth group. This role provides me with the opportunity to enhance and grow the Bridgeport business. The business is well supported by the netwealth structure and we have significant opportunities in which to move forward”.
