Decimal is pleased to announce new key appointments to scale up and strengthen its growing team.
In announcing the appointments, Decimal CEO, Carolyn Colley said that she was pleased to have such high calibre and experienced professionals join the team as the company expands its national and international footprint and further develops its SaaS (software as a service) business model.

In fact we are already seeing new advice models and new possibilities opening up to those who are recognising the opportunity technology brings,” she said.

Jacqui Lennon, Chief Customer Officer
Jacqui Lennon has been appointed, Chief Customer Officer and commenced work in Decimal’s Sydney office on 9 February. Jacqui’s role stretches across all customer touch points with a particular focus on customer experience strategy and human-centred design as well as enhancing Decimal’s service experience and support.
Jacqui joins Decimal from Macquarie Bank where she was most recently Head of Customer Experience for the Banking and Financial services division. In her 10 years at Macquarie, her roles included risk and compliance, strategy and mergers and acquisition. Jacqui has held roles in frontline supervision at industry regulator, APRA and roles at AMP across a range of areas including superannuation, HR and IT.
She holds Bachelors of Laws and Economics, a Master of Business and Technology, a Master of Criminology and has completed Customer Focused Innovation studies at Stanford University.
Lanie Conquest, Head of Licensee Sales
Lanie joined Decimal in December as Head of Licensee Sales and is responsible for delivering the company’s value proposition to institutionally-owned and independent retail advice groups nationally.
Lanie’s appointment has facilitated Decimal’s expansion into Melbourne following her move from Greenlight Super Services, an SMSF compliance and Admin provider where she was COO. Prior to Greenlight, Lanie was Distribution Strategy Manager at Macquarie Adviser Services, where she was integral in the strategic development of the Virtual Adviser Network (VAN), one of Australia’s most innovative advice business models.
Prior to Macquarie, Lanie spent nearly 15 years with Asgard, and subsequently BT Financial Group. She held several senior roles, including National Manager Distribution. She has also delivered practice management & technology implementation expertise across some of the country’s leading advice businesses.
Lanie holds a Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Marketing, Japanese and Labor Studies.
