BetaShares’ Managing Director, Alex Vynokur, said: “Our new appointments further strengthen our team and support our growing product offerings.”
“Last year was a strong year for BetaShares and for the ETF market as a whole, with the industry experiencing 50% growth in funds under management, and with our funds under management increasing over 100%.”
“We launched three new funds last year, each of which is designed to give investors new exposures that were not previously available on the Australian market.” At present, BetaShares has 17 products on offer, covering a broad asset class spectrum including local and international equities, currencies, commodities and cash.
“We are now on track to hit a milestone of $2 billion in funds under management in the first quarter of 2015 and expect to continue to broaden our product set over the course of the year”, Mr Vynokur concluded.
