Ibbotson Associates Australia Limited, part of the Morningstar Investment Management group, has been appointed by financial planning dealer group Total Financial Solutions (TFS) Australia as investment manager for the firm’s Privilege Portfolios separately managed accounts. Ibbotson is also providing TFS with investment consulting and advice capabilities including investment committee and governance oversight, investment advice including asset allocation, and dealer group and practice support.
Ibbotson has developed a comprehensive suite of managed account portfolios for TFS designed to meet investors’ needs across all life stages and risk profiles. Combining Ibbotson’s asset allocation, portfolio construction, and investment selection with Morningstar’s equity research capabilities enables TFS advisers to focus on building their business and client relationships.
