Financial planning and advice firm, Anne Street Partners, has appointed Lisa Hayes, to the role of General Counsel, Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance.
In the role, Ms Hayes, will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a robust risk and compliance program across all business units.
Ms Hayes is well placed to take on the role, with over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer specialising in risk and compliance in wealth management. After a career with leading legal firms such as Henry Davis York Lawyers and Allen, Allen and Hemsley Solicitors, Ms Hayes took on the role of Head of Private Wealth Legal and Head of Perpetual Group Litigation at Perpetual. In her most recent role, Ms Hayes worked at Centric Wealth as Head of Risk, Legal and Compliance and Company Secretary. While there, she played an instrumental part in introducing new structures in preparation for FoFA reforms.

Ms Hayes will commence her role on 1 December 2014, and report directly to Mr Adamson.
