Financial planning software provider, AdviserLogic, has appointed Marnie Page to the new role of New South Wales Sales Manager. Ms Page will be responsible for driving the growth of the business in NSW and increasing the breadth of distribution via relationships with financial advice practices and licensees.
AdviserLogic Head of Product Development, Daniel Gara said, “We are seeing consistent growth, so it is important to grow our team in order to continue delivering efficient and compliant solutions to the industry. Marnie has significant experience in the financial services sector and her belief in the importance of financial planning to the lives of consumers makes her an invaluable addition to the AdviserLogic team.”
Mr Gara said Ms Page will be responsible for creating and identifying growth opportunities, representing AdviserLogic at industry events and maintaining and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. “From the feedback we have had, AdviserLogic is becoming well-known for its usability across whole practices and as a result we have recently signed agreements with several mid-tier non-aligned AFSLs. We believe Marnie is the right person to continue and accelerate the growth we have seen over the past year.”
With over 15 years experience in the financial services industry, Ms Page was previously a business consultant with Associated Advisory Practices for over eight years. She also spent a year as General Manager of COIN software.
Ms Page will begin her new role in January 2015. Her appointment follows the recruitment of Gayle Forster to the position of AdviserLogic training manager and product specialist last month. AdviserLogic is now used by over 300 Australian financial advice practices nationwide.
