ANZ has announced new technology and process enhancements to OnePath’s OneCare Express offering, as it continues to evolve its superior life insurance solution that meets adviser’s and their clients’ insurance needs.
Gerard Kerr, ANZ Head of Life Insurance said: “We are continuing to enhance OnePath’s OneCare Express to make it more efficient and faster for advisers to complete the application process for their clients.
“As part of these enhancements, we’ve introduced a market-leading underwriting engine that has resulted in us cutting the application process down by up to half the time, while still maintaining our high assessment standards.
“For example, by categorising questions in a more intuitive way, we’ve been able to deliver an application process that is more user friendly, simpler and faster,” Mr Kerr said.
Based on the new enhancements, advisers will now be able to:
– Complete OneCare Express applications faster with an improved and streamlined underwriting engine.
– Share Illustrator quotes and client information with other users in their business and also access client information from multiple computers.
– Quote and submit an increase to an existing policy through OneCare Express.
– Easily switch between multiple clients in OneCare Express with improved navigation.
– Scan and attach a paper Personal Statement to an electronic application.
– Request OnePath to schedule medical requirements.
The enhancements bring significant efficiency benefits to the advisers’ businesses and make the process of obtaining insurance less onerous and complicated for clients.
“These changes are based directly on adviser feedback about what new features would be useful to them in terms of OneCare Express’ design and functionality.
“These enhancements demonstrate our ongoing commitment to helping our advisers protect their clients for a better future, and we’re delivering on that through having the most comprehensive and flexible life insurance product in the market,” Mr Kerr said.
