Praemium launches next generation WealthCraft on Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Praemium is pleased to announce that the upgrade of Praemium’s WealthCraft CRM and financial planning software to the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform is now complete. This means that WealthCraft users will have a cloud-based, user-friendly interface that allows them to perform all the business and financial planning tasks required to run their businesses in the one place, underpinned by a worldwide leader in software, services and solutions.

The new, touch-friendly WealthCraft interface is more intuitive and looks identical on all tablets, smartphones and desktops. It also incorporates Microsoft’s powerful enterprise social tool Yammer, which enables users to communicate more openly and effectively with coworkers and partners.

WealthCraft integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Outlook so advisers can manage the process from lead generation all the way through onboarding new clients and managing client investments and reviews using a software environment they already know and use every day. Further, WealthCraft is “client focused”, meaning each client’s information, contacts, communications and documents are saved in one place for easy access. This doesn’t just make business administration easier; now advisers can much more readily demonstrate robust compliance processes and show the value they add to clients.
