Countdown to Zenith Fund Awards

The cream of the Australian funds management industry will fight it out for top honours in the Professional Planner|Zenith Fund Awards 2013.

Across 17 award categories – including Fund Manager of the Year and Fund Distributor of the Year – research firm Zenith Investment Partners has identified the managers it deems to have the strongest combination of people, processes and business stability.

Previous winners of these awards have represented a who’s-who of the local industry, including Schroder Investment Management (Fund Manager of the Year), Macquarie Professional Series (Distributor of the Year), Macquarie Investment Management, PIMCO, UBS Clarion, APN Property Group, Man Investments Australia, Advance Asset Management, Partners Group, BlackRock Investment Management, Five Oceans Asset Management, Kardinia Capital, Aberdeen Asset Management, Celeste Funds Management, Magellan Asset Management and Bennelong Australian Equity Partners.

The line-up of finalists this year is just as strong, with 41 firms vying for pride of place across the categories (see table below). This year the awards cover three new categories: direct property, infrastructure and exchange-traded funds.

The winners will be announced an event at Ivy Ballroom, Sydney, on October 11. Tickets for this event are on sale now and flying out the door. Visit the event website to book now and avoid missing out.
