Sharyn Baker
Sharyn Baker is BT Head of Service and Operations. She has extensive experience in financial services and wealth management across a range of senior leadership roles over 20 years.
Sharyn joined BT in 2016 as change director for various large programs, including BT Advice’s control uplift and BT’s Advice Separation, after which she took on a range of customer service roles including head of customer transformation and governance and more recently head of platforms service and operations. Sharyn now runs BT's 700 person service and operations business.
