This week IOOF launches a brand new online experience for advisers using IOOF Employer Super.

“We used a ‘best-in-market’ ideology and continuous interaction with advisers and their support staff meant we built directly to the way they worked and thought.”

The new IOOF Online experience now provides advisers and their support staff (on an as needed basis) with fast access to their IOOF Employer Super client information, along with:
• superior search capability to mine data, segment client types and export or generate as reports
• key industry standard reports automated and delivered in the browser
• self-validating online forms that minimise input error and increase efficiency
• security allowing advisers to grant and manage access to their support staff
• new trading and flexible investment instruction functionality

“We’ve already had very positive feedback from both members and their advisers on the client version of IOOF Online with new registrations up by 22% since the site went live” said Weldon.

“We are strong believers in the premise that providing better tools for advisers to provide financial advice to our IOOF Employer Super members results in better long term outcomes.”
